Campus Security Report:
In compliance with the Campus Security Act of 1990, BYU-Idaho provides information to prospective employees concerning campus crime statistics and campus security policies and procedures. This information is contained in the BYU-Idaho Annual Security Report. The report also provides information for accessing university and community resources for crime prevention or assistance if you become the victim of a crime. A paper copy of this document may be obtained in person or by mail at BYU-Idaho Security & Safety, 150 Kimball, Rexburg, ID, 83460-1630. The full report may also be obtained here:

Title IX:
The Dean of Students is designated by BYU-Idaho as its Title IX Coordinator and has the responsibility to coordinate BYU-Idaho's efforts to comply with Title IX and its implementing regulations, including any investigation of complaints communicated to BYU-Idaho alleging either non-compliance with or actions prohibited by Title IX regulations.
