Open Contracting for Winter Semester begins June 4, 2012.
We have four women complexes with similar floor plans:
- Ricks Hall
- Perkins Hall
- Kerr Hall
- Barnes Hall
Each apartment has a kitchen, living room and bathroom. There are also closets in the hallway for storage. There are two bedrooms in each apartment: one with two, lofted beds each with a desk built in below and one bedroom with a bunked beds and two free-standing desks. Contracts are available for $949 per semester. If you have any unique circumstances or requests, please contact us.
Amenities:
- Extra long twin-size matresses
- Beds are either lofted or bunked (61")
- Mattress cover for each bed
- Four square feet of closet space per person
- One three-drawer dresser per person
- One desk and chair per person
- Shelves in each bedroom
- Marker board in living room
- Ironing board and cover
- Kitchen table and four chairs
- Microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and pantry in the kitchen
- Two sofas in the living room
- Vacuum, broom, dustpan, mirror, shower curtain, and toliet plunger
- Coin-op laundry facilities
- High-speed wireless internet
- Satellite TV/DVD in main and upper lounges with a Piano in upper lounge
