Contracts be cancelled up to 61 days before the contract begins. To cancel your on-campus contract, please notfy the Housing & Student Living Office in writing (e-mail is acceptable) of your intent to cancel your contract.
A $50 termination fee will be applied to your student account and the remainder of your deposit will be refunded to you. The dates below are the last date to cancel:
If it is past the cancellation deadline, students are responsible for their contracts and will need to sell that contract if they do not wish to be financially responsible for it. For more information on selling a contract, click here.
