What are the occupancy guidelines at University Village?
Note: The University Village apartment contract-holder must be a matriculating student (in other words, assigned to a track and in good standing with the university). Loss of student status (including graduation) disqualifies tenants from living in University Village.
This is probably also a good place to mention that no pets (including therapy animals with a perscription) are allowed at University Village.
