Apple OS X Password Change Procedure

1. Click the apple on the top left hand corner of your Mac, then System Preferences.
2. Then click Users & Groups under System.
   
3. Then look under you name. If is says Network, Managed or Admin, Network, Managed your computer is on the domain and you DO NOT change your password here. You will change your password on the campus change password location: https://web.byui.edu/Username/ChangePassword.aspx and continue on the list. Otherwise continue onto 4.
   
4. If you do not have Network, Managed then click on the Reset Password button.
   
5. Then change your password.
   
6. Remember that your password here is only on your Computer. This is not on the BYUI account. In order to do that you need to do it at this page. https://web.byui.edu/Username/ChangePassword.aspx
7. Now continue on the previous page.
