On Campus Walk-in Support:
- Walk-in: Located in 322 McKay Library
- Hours of operation: Mon-Fri: 7:00 am – 9:00 pm
- Weekend hours: Sat: 9 am - 5 pm
On and Off Campus Phone (Call 9000) and Chat Support:
- Off Campus: 208-496-9000 or 1-866-237-5195 (toll free)
- Hours of operation: We are always open except on Sunday from 2:00am to 6:00pm.
