Abs That Rock/Abs: Focuses strictly on developing core strength.
Cycling: An energizing ride with hills, flats and sprints on a stationary bike. (Bring a water bottle)
Yoga: Increases balance, flexibility, and mental relaxation techniques combined to enhance the mind-body connection.
Advanced Yoga: Increases balance, flexibility, and mental relaxation techniques combined to enhance the mind-body connection with emphasis on strength and balance using advanced methods.
Turbo Kick: Combination of boxing and martial art and dances. Overall benefits include increased endurance, muscle strength, agility and flexibility.
Zumba/Latin Jam: A dynamic and exciting class filled with hip hop & Latin dance moves.
Variety Class: Taught by the students from the EXX 204 class they will teach pump it, high low impact and step classes.
Biggest Winner Classes: These classes are for the Biggest Winner consultants and other students who are just getting started in a workout program.
