Flag Football M/W Rules

Featured Points:

We are offering Men's and Women's Flag Football leagues for Advanced, Intermediate, Beginner, and Ward teams.
A roster minimum of 5 players is required and there is a maximum of 11 players.
League play will consist of one game per week plus a tournament for those who qualify at the end of the regular season.
Practices are not required and sportsmanship is heavily emphasized.
